Contact information: email, telephone number, billing address and delivery address.
Artwork and design information: uploaded images, photographs, logos, text, saved designs, design previews, design configuration and replacement artwork.
Payment-related information: we receive payment status and transaction references necessary to administer orders. Card details are processed by our payment provider, currently Stripe. Leeshprint does not store your complete card number or CVC.

Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, security logs, authentication activity and cookie preferences.
Why we use your information
We may use personal information to create and manage your account, provide the online design service, save designs, process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, provide order tracking, respond to enquiries, resolve artwork problems, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain website security, maintain accounting and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, improve our service and send marketing communications where permitted.
Our lawful bases
Contract: where processing is necessary to process your order, deliver products, save information required for your customer account or provide services you request.
Legal obligation: where we need information to comply with legal, accounting, tax or regulatory requirements.
Legitimate interests: for website security, preventing fraud, managing customer enquiries, maintaining operational records, improving our service and protecting our legal rights. We consider the impact on individuals before relying on legitimate interests.
Consent: where required, for example for certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. You can withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
Who we share information with
We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate Leeshprint, including payment processors such as Stripe, website hosting providers, database and authentication providers, secure file-storage providers, transactional email providers, delivery and courier companies, IT and security providers, professional advisers and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, which processes payment information under its own legal and security obligations.
We receive information necessary to confirm whether a payment succeeded, the payment reference, the amount and refund status where applicable.
Uploaded photographs and artwork
Artwork may itself contain personal information, for example photographs of individuals or names. We process uploaded artwork principally to create your design, produce your order, investigate artwork problems and maintain the order record.
Please ensure you have appropriate permission before uploading personal images of other people.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal and operational requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the data.
Active account data may be kept while the account is in use. Order and transaction records may be kept for applicable accounting, tax, consumer and legal-record requirements. Completed-order records may be retained where reasonably necessary to manage complaints, reorders and legal claims. Unsuccessful temporary guest design data may be deleted sooner. Marketing information is retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer required.
Where appropriate, financial and order records may need to be retained for several years even if an account is closed.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect customer information, including authenticated customer accounts, role-controlled staff access, private artwork storage, secure payment processing, restricted order access, secure guest-order tokens and database access controls.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information being processed.
International processing
Some technology providers may process or store information outside the UK. Where applicable, we require appropriate legal arrangements or safeguards for international transfers in accordance with UK data-protection requirements.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may have rights including access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion in certain circumstances, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, data portability in certain circumstances, and withdrawal of consent where consent is relied upon.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. To exercise a right, contact info@leeshprint.co.uk.
Marketing
We will only send electronic marketing where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Messages about your account, payment, order, artwork issue, delivery or customer-service enquiry are service communications rather than marketing messages.
Complaints about personal data
Please contact us first if you have concerns about how we use your information. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data-protection regulator.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy where our services, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the website with an updated revision date.
