Terms & Conditions

Last updated 27 August 2026

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through Leeshprint and use of our online customisation and design services. Please read them before placing an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

LeeshPrint is a trading name of Leeshdezynes Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 15171210). Registered address: Olympic Park Road, Andover SP11 6RY. Email info@leeshprint.co.uk or call 07746 998275. Website: leeshprint.co.uk.

About Leeshprint

Leeshprint provides personalised printing and branded merchandise including T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, workwear, mugs and drinkware, personalised gifts, event merchandise, corporate merchandise, promotional products and other custom-printed products.

Products and available customisation options may change from time to time.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Product images, mock-ups and digital previews are intended to help customers understand how an item is likely to look.

Because computer and mobile displays vary, colours shown on screen may not perfectly reproduce the colour of the physical garment, product or printed ink, and minor variations inherent in legitimate printing and manufacturing processes may occur.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, materially different from what was ordered, not as described or otherwise do not meet applicable legal standards.

Product availability

Products, colours, sizes and printing methods are subject to availability. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve stock.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment because a product or required variant has become unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The price payable is the price confirmed during checkout after your selected product, colour, size quantities, printing method, number of print areas, quantity-pricing tier, applicable discount and delivery method have been taken into account.

VAT will only be shown or charged where applicable to the business and transaction.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or producing the order. We will not intentionally charge a different amount without informing you.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your checkout. For personalised orders, you will be required to approve your design before payment.

A personalised order is not ready for production until the required design has been submitted, the current proof has been approved, payment has been successfully verified and we have accepted the order.

After a successful order, you will receive an order reference in the format used by our order-management system.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Leeshprint does not store your full payment-card number or CVC.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order proceeds into production unless we have separately agreed different payment terms for a business or bulk order.

A payment appearing as pending does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or paid. Our system uses verified payment confirmation from our payment processor before recording an order as paid.

Personalised products

A personalised product is an item produced specifically according to your instructions, artwork, text, colour choices, positioning or other custom requirements — for example a T-shirt printed with your photograph, branded staff clothing, a mug containing a name or photograph, merchandise printed with a company logo, or products created using the Leeshprint design studio.

Because these products are made specifically for you, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right that applies to many online purchases generally does not apply once an item falls within the legal exception for goods made to the customer's specification or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, incorrectly produced or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.

Design approval

Before a personalised item can proceed, you will be asked to approve the final proof. Please check spelling, names, dates, numbers, artwork, image orientation, product colour, garment sizes, quantities, print position, print areas and other customisation choices.

Once you approve a proof, we will ordinarily manufacture the item using that approved version. If the finished product correctly reproduces an error that was present in the proof you approved, such as customer-supplied incorrect spelling, this will not normally constitute a production fault.

However, if we print something differently from the approved proof or make a production error, this policy does not remove your rights.

Changes after approval

Contact us immediately if you need to change an approved design. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started; where production has not started, we will try to accommodate reasonable changes.

Changes affecting quantity, product type, garment colour, print areas, printing method or artwork preparation may change the price. We will tell you about any additional charge before proceeding.

Artwork checks

Our website may provide automated warnings or staff checks relating to image resolution, print boundaries, unsupported files, missing artwork or apparent design problems.

These checks are designed to assist customers but do not transfer responsibility for customer-created content to Leeshprint. Automated artwork warnings are not a guarantee that artwork will reproduce exactly as expected under every production method.

Artwork issues

If we identify a potential problem before production, we may pause the order and place it into an artwork-review or artwork-issue status.

We may ask you to provide a higher-resolution image, upload replacement artwork, clarify an instruction, reposition part of the design or approve a revised proof. Production may remain paused until the issue is resolved.

Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us if you believe somebody has gained unauthorised access to your account.

Saved designs may be stored in your account so that you can edit or reorder them. A design connected to a completed order is stored separately as an order snapshot so that subsequent edits to a reusable design do not change what was originally ordered.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown during checkout where available. Production time and delivery time are different: an estimated production time indicates how long we expect preparation and printing to take before dispatch, while an estimated delivery time relates to the carrier after dispatch.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will comply with applicable legal requirements concerning delivery times. See our Delivery Policy for further information.

Intellectual property and customer artwork

You must only upload, reproduce or ask us to print material that you are legally entitled to use, including photographs, logos, illustrations, trademarks, artwork, characters, text, designs and other intellectual property.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licence, consent or permission to use it for the requested printing. See our Artwork & Copyright Terms for more information.

Refusing artwork or orders

We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that producing it would infringe another person's intellectual-property rights, breach applicable law, contain unlawful material, facilitate fraud, create a safety risk or otherwise expose Leeshprint to legal liability.

If we cancel an order before production for one of these reasons, we will deal with any payment already made in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Business and bulk orders

Large, corporate, wholesale and bespoke orders may be subject to an individual quotation. Where separate written terms are supplied with a quotation, those terms will apply to the extent they differ from these general terms.

Consumer cancellation rights do not necessarily apply to purchases made wholly for business purposes.

Our responsibility to consumers

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact info@leeshprint.co.uk, including your order number and relevant photographs or information where appropriate. We will try to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights available to you under the law applicable to your circumstances.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court where the law permits them to do so.
